1. What Sovrient Collects
- Contact form fields you submit, including name, organization, email, role, interest area, use case, and message text.
- Technical request metadata needed to operate the site, including IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and security or abuse signals.
- Bot-protection tokens and challenge results associated with Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Optional aggregate event telemetry when analytics hooks are available, such as button or link interaction labels.
2. Processors And Infrastructure
- Cloudflare hosts the public surface and provides edge security, bot protection, and Turnstile challenge handling.
- Cloudflare Pages Functions or equivalent edge intake may process contact submissions before routing them to Sovrient.
- Google Analytics event calls may be emitted only when a compatible
gtagruntime is present; the public site degrades to no-op behavior when it is absent. - Published verification artifacts are public by design and should not be used to submit private or controlled data.
3. Why The Data Is Used
- Responding to inbound diligence, procurement, security, and partnership requests.
- Protecting the public site from spam, automated abuse, and security threats.
- Maintaining evidence-surface integrity, availability, and operational diagnostics.
- Understanding which public diligence surfaces are useful, without treating analytics as settlement, procurement, or eligibility evidence.
4. Retention Boundary
Contact submissions are retained as long as needed for the requested conversation, diligence trail, or reasonable administrative record. Security logs and edge telemetry are retained according to provider and operational policies. Sovrient does not use public contact submissions for model-training datasets without a separate written permission boundary.
5. Your Choices
- You may request correction or deletion of contact-intake records by emailing info@sovrient.com.
- You may avoid the public form and email Sovrient directly if your inquiry should not pass through the web form.
- Do not submit controlled unclassified information, classified information, protected health information, payment-card data, or sensitive procurement data through the public form.
