Sovrient ingests time-synchronized waveform measurements (MiniSEED) from calibrated seismic networks and integrates geodetic raw-observation witness telemetry (RINEX) as an advisory companion lane. A deterministic admissibility framework produces sealed, replayable evidence. It is a pre-settlement evidentiary layer: measurement admission and proof artifacts, not settlement determination authority.

Values are read directly from the latest sealed lane export (`dsd_latest`), canonical day export (`ms_zones_latest`), and advisory geodetic witness feed (`rinex_witness_latest`).
